“I love Super Siblings!”
“I wish Super Siblings was on every day”
“Its amazing and fun”
“Sophie is the best teacher ever”
“Super Siblings is so much fun”
“I absolutely love Super Siblings Thursdays!”
Sessions take place twice a week during term time.
Mondays are for children aged 6-11 and Thursdays are for children aged 12+.
Children’s wants and needs drive our sessions. We ask the children what they would like to gain from attending our sessions and what they can’t usually do or feel they miss out on due to having a disabled sibling, and then we try our best to make that happen.
This can be as simple as playing a game, having a chat or playing loud music. Regular activities include arts and crafts, baking, cooking, teaching life skills and science experiements. We also organise trips out to the cinema, restaurants, bowling alleys and other places that siblings may not be able to cope with.
Our sessions are all about having fun and creating memorable experiences for the children.

“Its a truly fabulous organisation assisting siblings of children with additional needs. Its a one of kind charity that is changing lives of local children, giving them some all-important recognition for all they do for their siblings, along side other children in a similar situation to them that they may not have ever met if it wasn’t for this fantastic, supportive group.”
