Hi my name is Sophie and I am CEO and founder of this charity. I am wife to Callum and mum to an amazingly super hero daughter Elyse, and gorgeous son called Karson.
I previously worked as a support worker for young adults with disabilities in a respite and Independent living setting for over 6 years before having to say goodbye care for my son full-time.
