My name is Sophie and I am mummy to two amazing children Jacob and Millie.
Jacob was born with a rare genetic condition called XLID98 and has complex medical needs. He has high care needs but is the most loving, happy boy you will ever meet! He is my absolute sunshine and everything I do in life is because of him

Millie is my the littlest super sibling!

She blows me away with how she cares for her big brother at such a young age! She is so funny and makes us laugh everyday!
I am a trustee and assistant manager at super siblings and I absolutely love it!! Planning the future of Super Siblings is so exciting and seeing how much we have grown is incredible! I absolutely love running sessions with Sophie and seeing how happy it makes the siblings is the best feeling in the world!
Being a parent carer and SEN mummy I have learnt so much, I have a passion for inclusion and a proud advocate for disabilities.
I joined Super Siblings the beginning of 2020 soon after my daughter was born, I knew the benefits this wonderful charity had after having some struggles balancing home life. Straight away I soon realised that the child can miss out on doing regular things that their siblings might find distressing or overwhelming, I very early on saw how children can become little carers and they have to grow up very quickly.
I wanted to help support families and children that need that time to be them, be kids and have fun!
